Episode 80: Playoff Literacy
The boys are back with everyone’s favorite guest, Cousin Drew! We break down the Eagles smothering of the Packers, where we also learn about the literacy of an average resident of Philadelphia. After that, the boys discuss Jayden Daniels leading the Commanders to a doinked victory over the Bucs. We get into some coach carousel news with the Cowboys and their missteps around the outgoing McCarthy. Next, the boys preview the Divisional round with the Rams facing the Eagles in an exciting matchup, followed by a potential shootout between the Commanders and the Lions. Episode 79: Playoffs
The boys are back as the NFL regular season comes to a close. Brandon and Matt have a quick discussion on a meaningless 18 game before Matt proposes the solution to the Giants problems – keep an eye on Texas next year. Will’s speech on the Cowboys is sure to move everyone but Jerry Jones, and the podcast comforts him before turning the conversation to whether the Cowboys can afford curtains. Chase and Will quickly discuss another meaningless week 18 game and we get into playoff predictions, with Matt discussing the upcoming Eagles-Packers game and Chase discussing the Sunday Night Commanders-Buccaneers showdown. Episode 78: These Hallowed Grounds
The boys are back with a holiday pod. Unfortunately, Matt could not make the podcast due to holiday travels but the show goes on. Brandon opened the show by stating the tank has been upgraded from a Tankathon to a full-blown Tankapalooza he is looking forward to the offseason and a new QB. Will runs the full gambit of emotions starting of happy with a team win and how it builds morale, but then realizes this might be saving Mike McCarthys’ and his tone turns toward despair. Chase breaks down the Commander’s upset win over the mostly Hurtsless Eagles, which he could not be more happy with. All that paired with some talk about Washington nearing closer to a stadium deal with some last-second bill passing made this a pretty good weekend to be a Commanders fan. Episode 77: Time Flies When You’re Tankin’
The Boys are back! The full squad is here to talk about the East. The Giants are in free fall and Brandon is currently ecstatic about the Tank we talk about potential coaching candidates and the Giant’s future. Will is happy with the Cowboys bounce back victory over the Panthers giving them three wins in their last four games. Chase is happy with the Washington win over the Saints despite horrible officiating.,happy to see Lattimore live up to the promise in his first start. Matt saw the Eagle’s dominant win over the Steelers Matt sees as a statement win. The boys preview the next week’s matchup including a big Six Sundays rematch as the Eagles come down I-95 to DC. Episode 76: A Cowboys Podcast
Will is back after a two-week hiatus. His Cowboys might of lost a close game to the Bengals but he is still riding a high after the Cowboys had two Six Sundays wins over the Commaners and Giants. After Will was done we were able to get into some other reviews. Matt covered the Eagle’s narrow win over the Carolina Panthers in a surprisingly close game. Brandon had his happiest moment of the season as the Giants lost the game on a last-second field goal block keeping the hope alive for a top quarterback. Eisode 75: War Is Over In Dallas
The Six Sundays crew is back we are unfortunately missing Brandon again this week but he is filled in for by recurring guest Nick Greco. The boys review the Cowboy’s loss to the Texans and the circus that the Cowboys organization has turned into. After that, we get a surprise appearance from Six Sunday’s guest with the most appearances Cousin Drew. This brought a long review and debate about the Washington vs Eagles week 11 game followed by a long and healthy debate as to where Washington is as a franchise. Greco begins the second half of the show with a rant about the current abysmal state of the New York Football Giants and how frustrated he has been with the team. Three of the boys are back and joined by friend of the pod, Devin! Devin breaks down the Giant’s OT loss in Germany and breaks the news about a QB change in NY. The boys are back with Cousin Drew and the Eagles are flying high with a huge win over the Bengal’s and the Bird’s offense starting to solidify around Saquon Barkley. In fact, the only thing flying higher than the Birds is Chase after Washington’s unbelievable last second win against the Bears, and the podcast is in agreement that the curse surrounding the franchise may have been broken. It’s sad szn for Brandon and Will, but the boys are only comforting Brandon – Will and the Cowboys are sandbagging and we all know they’ll beat the falcons.
